Kasumi Kuro. The main cutting blade of the Kasumi Kuro is made of molybdenum-vanadium steel (AUS8). The blades are hardened to Rockwell C58. Both sides of the knives have a beautiful 32-layer Damascus pattern. Hammered finish. Traditional Japanese style. Hammered finish prevents food from sticking. The handle is in the shape of an octagon, which makes it easier to hold. Made of solid black laminated reinforced wood.
