The Due Cigni TUSCANY SLICER KNIFE is very practical kitchen knife. The knife is lightweight, making it perfect for any small, precise cutting tasks in the kitchen. It’s the ideal little knife for cutting or peeling fruit or small vegetables. The handle is made from olive wood. This is a light wood, both in weight and colour. The dark lines provide an elegant contrast. Because of this striking wood grain, each knife is unique. It is therefore possible that the knife you see in our photos will differ slightly from the knife you receive at home. These will only be minor deviations in the pattern on the handle. The material used and the quality standard are the same for each knife. Olive wood is naturally antibacterial and water-resistant, but as with all kitchen knives that have a wooden handle, this kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe
